Mark Francis (British, b. 1962) is famously known for his austere but seductive paintings of microscopic cells – vestigial tendrils floating across the canvas surfaces. Mark Francis studied at St. Martin's School of Art and later Chelsea School of Art.
Mark Francis has exhibited regularly with Maureen Paly since the early 1990s, and his work has been collected by the Irish Museum of Art, Saatchi Collection, British Council and Tate Modern.
