I’m a French artiste living in south of France in Toulouse.
I like being involved in many different projects with artists. I like to create installations using the city as my gallery, we could call that street art, but I’m not sure I consider myself as one. I work as well with two dancers and sound engineer, we are building up a show. Despite these projects I paint a lot. It is my main art. I like to work on traditional painting as portraits.
Malcolm Giscloux is a French Australian artist. Born in 1981 in the suburbs of Paris.
Now he lives in the south of France.
In 2001, he enrolled at the prestigious school Emil Cohl (Lyon, France) where he undertook in-depth studies of traditional painting. Although his teachers were "classical" from the Beaux Arts, he was also taught animation and illustration.
In 2005, to enhance his oil painting skills, Malcolm Giscloux travelled to Ukraine where he became an apprentice of the local painters.
Mainly driven by the desire to travel, he worked for "Paint a Smile" as a fresco illustrator for eight years in hospitals such as in Madrid, Shanghai, Geneva and Warsaw.
